In this class, you will learn the beginning third of the Yang style short form.

Format: a one-hour and 15 minutes class once per week
Where: St. Marks, 1509 Ridge Ave., Evanston IL.
Tuition: $175 (or $75 if you have taken B1 with The Human Process in the past). Tuition includes tai chi shoes and a poster.
