F3 Fundamentals Tai Chi


The Tai Chi form indications learned in B1-3 are reviewed and students begin to embody the principles of Tai Chi at a deeper level. This training focuses on developing a strong "foundation" and bringing increased awareness, balance and relaxation to each posture.

Partner exercises are introduced to help develop sensitivity and self-observation.
