Qigong
Students will learn the first two of five Soaring Crane Qigong routines and be introduced to Zhan Zhuang standing meditation. Soaring Crane Qigong is a system of gentle physical movements that open the meridians of the body to facilitate the flow of qi and improve health and well-being.
No class August 8. $100 if you sign up for Qigong and Tai Chi practice.
Tai Chi Practice
Tai Chi practice gives students the opportunity to practice and review their level of the Tai Chi form. The class will mainly consist of doing rounds, but there will also be time for questions.

The Octagon tm
The Octagon ritual practice is a vehicle of mystical ascent and a regular practice that connects practitioners to the 'spiritual body' of the Arica School. Yantras (Objective meditational illustrations) used in the Octagon bring an immediate experience of the Eternal Presence of Light upon Silence into the practice.
First time participants can attend free as our guest. Please come 15 minutes early for the initiation.
